Site plans for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally contained in this latest document release seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and contains a key identifying various parts of the property.
Accompanying this are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including layouts for boat shelters.
Additional documentation released as part of the current congressional release.
